At Balnuts Organics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy within 15 days of your purchase date.

If the quality of the product don’t satisfy you then you can contact us for return and refund. We try our best to provide our beloved customers the best, organic and healthy products in reasonable price according to the quality and market trends. Despite all these, if there is still something missing then we are glad to hear that, so that we can make our products good.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return:

  2. Pack the item securely and include all original packaging and documentation.
  3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@balnuts.com and send your item to: {address given by our team}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {address given by our team}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
