2. What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer flexible shipping options for Pakistan.

  • Standard Shipping (Within Pakistan)
  • Delivery Time: 3-6 business days
  • Cost: PKR 200 Punjab PKR 250 Other Provinces

3. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. In that case, please contact us immediately at support@balnuts.com with your order number and the updated address.

To initiate a return, simply contact our support team at support@balnuts.com with your order details, and we’ll promptly guide you through the process.

3. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. Furthermore, refunds are issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation once the process is complete.

2. Can I pay using JazzCash or Easypaisa?
Yes, we accept payments through both JazzCash and Easypaisa for a secure and convenient experience. Additionally, you can contact us on WhatsApp at 03299647643 for payment details and receive a 150 PKR discount on advance payments.

3. How do I use a discount or promo code?
At checkout, simply enter your code in the “Promo Code” or “Coupon Code” field and click “Apply.” As a result, the discount will be reflected in your order total.
